Google Shopping shows you who wins product placement for any search term, at what price, and how your pricing compares to every other seller. It answers the questions your own account data can’t: what your competitors are doing.
Premium source. Google Shopping is available on Trial, Starter, and Pro plans. It is not included in the Free plan.

Before You Start

There is no account to connect. Google Shopping is available in the app and through the MCP on any eligible plan.
Connect Google Ads first. HYPD takes the country and language for Shopping searches from your connected Google Ads account. Without one, HYPD asks you which market to search before it runs the query.

What You Can Research

Top products for a keyword

The products winning Shopping placement for a search term, with title, rank, price, rating, and review count. Filter by price range, sort by review score or price.

Sellers for a product

Take any product from those results and list every seller offering it, with price, shipping, special offers, and seller rating. This is the price-competitiveness check.

Permissions

Google Shopping is public marketplace data from Google. It is not tied to your account, so there is nothing to authorize and nothing to revoke. Access is read-only. HYPD cannot change your listings, your product feed, or your Google Ads account.

Prompts

Ask for a specific number of results. Google Shopping returns a large set by default, and “top 20” keeps the answer readable.

Troubleshooting

No Google Ads account is connected or selected, so HYPD has no market to default to. Connect Google Ads, or name the country in your prompt.
Google Shopping ignores small result counts and returns its full set. Say “top 20” in your prompt and HYPD caps it.
Shopping shows what is live on the public marketplace across all sellers. It is not a view of your feed. Use Google Merchant Center for your own product data.
