Before You Start
You’ll need a Facebook account with access—through Meta Business Manager—to the Meta ad accounts you want to analyze.Meta connects with Facebook Login for Business. During sign-in, select every ad account and Page you want HYPD to read—assets you skip won’t be available in Chat.
Connect Your Account

Go to Sources
From the HYPD sidebar, click Sources.

Click Connect
Find Meta and click Connect.

Log in with Facebook
Sign in with Facebook and choose the business, ad accounts, and Pages you want HYPD to access.

Authorize Access
Review HYPD’s privacy policy and terms of service, then click Continue to grant read-only access.
Permissions
HYPD requests read-only access to your Meta Ads data. We can view your campaigns, creative, and performance—but we cannot create, edit, or pause anything in your account.
You can revoke access anytime from Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations.

Reconnect Meta and make sure you select the business and all the ad accounts you want during the Facebook login step.

Lead retrieval also needs Page-level Lead Access. In Meta Business Settings, grant Lead Access for the Page to your user, then reconnect.

Remove HYPD under Facebook → Settings → Business Integrations, then connect again from Sources.
